This is a phone based seminar. The seminar will start at 11:00 am Pacific Standard Time (2 pm Eastern Time). You will need to call our conference line at 712-432-2222. You will then be prompted to enter your access code and then joined into the seminar.
This access code will be emailed to you after we verify your payment. We suggest you call in at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
We will also email you the reference document along with the event reminder that we send you a day before the conference. You may want to print it out or refer to it on your computer while listening to the conference.

What If I don't like the seminar? Can I get a refund? - Absolutely. Just contact us via the "Contact the Organizer" link on right hand side of this page under the "Hosted By" section and ask for a 100% refund of your ticket price, no questions asked. Just make sure you indicate the date you attended the webinar and the email address you used to sign up for the webinar.
What payment options can I use to pay for this webinar? You can use any credit card to pay us using the secure Paypal or Google Checkout services. Your credit card information is protected by Paypal and Google checkout and not shared with us. Only the payment will be sent to us. Your refund will also be processed by them directly into your account when we authorize a refund.
Why are your seminars on Saturday or Sunday and not on weekdays? - We realize that a lot of you work on the weekdays and may not be able to attend this webinar. We want you to be able to attend this on your personal time.
I am concerned about my privacy, what information do you collect about me? - We only collect your name and email address. You can always use a pseudo name and a free web mail service. Just make sure that you can receive emails at that email address as you sign up information and access code will be sent there. Other than that, we do not get any more information about you.
